Future Prospects (Q5)

Though the tropical dry forests of Hawaii have been depleted throughout the years due to human impact, it is possible to restore these forests. However in order for this to happen we believe that the tropical dry forests of Hawaii must be monitored on a more stringent level. Furthermore, we believe that non governmental organizations such as the World Wildlife Fund should play a greater role in the restoration process, providing more funding and resources to help the restoration process. Their is hope for Hawaii's tropical dry forests, but their chance of survival exponentially decreases as globalization expands and brings new potentially invasive alien species to the islands.
